Fat: 25.35g | Prot: 59.96g | Carb: 296.48g.   Breakfast:  Tea with Milk, Extra Light Cream Cheese, Bagels, Mango and Pineapple Fruit Tube, Rice Krispies Squares - Honeycomb Crunch. Lunch:  Pears, Chocolate Mini Roll, Wrap, Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens, Extra Light Mayonnaise, Shape Delights Strawberry. Dinner:  Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce, Chicken Style Pieces, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Pitta Bread. Snacks/Other:  Breakfast Porridge Oats, Iced Coffee with Milk, Nakedmoo, Shape Delights White Chocolate.
