Lunch:  Clementines , Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked) , Olive Oil, Tilapia Fillets Skinless and Boneless, Plus Almond Cashew with Flax Bar. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein, 2% Fat Milk, Bananas , Gala Apples, Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
