Fat: 31.28g | Prot: 96.15g | Carb: 76.45g.   Breakfast:  Diced Ham (Water Added), Egg, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Mushrooms, Natural Shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar Pizza Cheese, Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Lunch:  Dried Beef, healthy Life, Sargento Reduced Fat provolone. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Raspberry, Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bar.
