Lunch:  Ched 'R' Peppers, Chicken Club Toaster Sandwich, Onion Rings (Large), Ranch Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One Oats & Strawberries, Wonderful Almonds, Yoplait Greek 100 Claorie Peach.
