Fat: 96.29g | Prot: 93.20g | Carb: 242.97g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Pesto Sauce, Sugar. Lunch:  Santa's Chicken Tacos, teriyaki chicken, steamed rice. Dinner:  Carrots, Cooked Summer Squash, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Onions, Vegetable Oil, Pinto Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned), Guacamole, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, nature valley protien.
