Fat: 57.04g | Prot: 75.41g | Carb: 195.68g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Double Fiber Bread (Oroweat), Flax Seeds, Instant Oatmeal, Lettuce, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Tomatoes. Lunch:  Crackers - Original 7 Grain, Low Fat Almond Milk, Multigrain Cheerios, Pears, Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry. Dinner:  Cheeseburger with Onion and Spread.
