Fat: 67.54g | Prot: 74.29g | Carb: 43.28g.   Breakfast:  Avocados , Cream Cheese , Farmer Cheese, sesame bread, Soynut Butter, Sugar Free Apricot Preserves with Fiber. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Egg, Egg White , Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Turnip greens, Baby Spinach, Chicken Broth, Egg, Egg White , Farmer Cheese, Scallions or Spring Onions , Soy Sauce, Tofu Shirataki Noodles. Snacks/Other:  almond butter, Atkins Advantage Strawberry Shake, Dried Seaweed, flackers, Mini Babybel Light Creamy Swiss Cheese , Roasted Seaweed Snack Packs, susan's sugar free cookies.
