Fat: 67.54g | Prot: 74.29g | Carb: 43.28g.   Breakfast:  sesame bread, Sugar Free Apricot Preserves with Fiber, Cream Cheese , Soynut Butter, Avocados , Farmer Cheese. Lunch:  Egg White , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Baby Spinach, Egg, Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner:  Tofu Shirataki Noodles, Farmer Cheese, Chicken Broth, Turnip greens, Baby Spinach, Soy Sauce, Scallions or Spring Onions , Egg, Egg White . Snacks/Other:  Dried Seaweed, flackers, Roasted Seaweed Snack Packs, Mini Babybel Light Creamy Swiss Cheese , Atkins Advantage Strawberry Shake, almond butter, susan's sugar free cookies.
