Fat: 99.00g | Prot: 242.70g | Carb: 58.96g.   Breakfast:  bacon, butter, large egg, turkey sausage hillshire farms. Lunch:  horseradish mustard, light miracle whip, mesquite turkey, romaine lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, string cheese. Dinner:  hormel turkey chili, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  %100 whey protein cytosport, psyllium whole husks.
