Fat: 81.87g | Prot: 86.99g | Carb: 151.30g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Coffee, Powdered Creamer, Milk (Nonfat), Rich Chocolate Mix, Fruit & Nut Granola Cereal with Raisins, Dates & Almonds. Lunch:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Ham or Bacon, French Toast with Butter. Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Margarine). Snacks/Other:  Everything Multi-Grain Baked Crackers, Cream Cheese, Sun Dried Roma Tomatoes in Oil, bran muffin.
