Fat: 81.87g | Prot: 86.99g | Carb: 151.30g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fruit & Nut Granola Cereal with Raisins, Dates & Almonds, Milk (Nonfat), Powdered Creamer, Rich Chocolate Mix, Sugar. Lunch:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Ham or Bacon, French Toast with Butter. Dinner:  Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Margarine), Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, Red Table Wine, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  bran muffin, Cream Cheese, Everything Multi-Grain Baked Crackers, Sun Dried Roma Tomatoes in Oil.
