Fat: 28.94g | Prot: 72.88g | Carb: 169.57g.   Breakfast:  coffee, fat free coffee creamer coffee mate, kashi strawberry fields, Light Soy Milk. Lunch:  miracle whip, open nature double fiber bread, oscar mayer oven roasted turkey breast. Dinner:  corn on the cob, Garlic Lime Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, emerald dry roasted almonds, fat free milk, natural california raisins, snapple diet raspberry tea.
