Fat: 73.34g | Prot: 90.66g | Carb: 202.59g.   Breakfast:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Egg, Egg White, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Baked Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips, Canned White Beans, Egg, Organic Light Sodium Creamy Tomato Soup, Tomatoes, White Rice. Dinner:  Avocados, Canned White Beans, cucumber, egg white, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, feta, Grape Tomatoes, kettle brand baked chips, Mixed Salad Greens, red onion, whole wheat crackers. Snacks/Other:  banana bread , Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.
