Fat: 73.34g | Prot: 90.66g | Carb: 202.59g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Egg White, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Baked Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips, Tomatoes, Organic Light Sodium Creamy Tomato Soup, White Rice, Canned White Beans, Egg. Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, feta, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grape Tomatoes, Avocados, egg white, Canned White Beans, cucumber, red onion, kettle brand baked chips, whole wheat crackers. Snacks/Other:  Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, banana bread .
