Fat: 53.03g | Prot: 53.27g | Carb: 221.95g.   Breakfast:  avocado, Bell Peppers, diet coke bottle, Egg White, grape tomatoes, Olive Oil, Onions, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Lunch:  Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry. Dinner:  Baked Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips, Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Dijon Mustard, Miracle Whip Light, Mixed Salad Greens, Pickles, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sour Dough Bread, Yellow Mustard. Snacks/Other:  Baked Hickory Honey Barbeque Potato Chips, chocolate cupcake no frosting, Cupcake without Icing or Filling (Not Chocolate).
