Fat: 38.26g | Prot: 68.96g | Carb: 106.99g.   Breakfast:  Healthy Multi-Grain Bread, Detox Tea, oatmeal, cranberries, coconut spread. Lunch:  basmati rice, salmon. Dinner:  Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Curry Powder, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Creamy Coleslaw, Green Tea wit Lemon. Snacks/Other:  greek gods yogurt, oolong tea, pink lady apple, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Sea Salt, Payday.
