Breakfast: coconut spread, cranberries, Detox Tea, Healthy Multi-Grain Bread, oatmeal. Lunch: basmati rice, salmon. Dinner: Creamy Coleslaw, Curry Powder, Green Tea wit Lemon, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Snacks/Other: greek gods yogurt, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Sea Salt, oolong tea, Payday, pink lady apple.
