Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Blueberries, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Green Peas, Spinach. Dinner:  Chicken, Egg Drop Soup, Mixed Vegetables, Peppermint Pattie Valentine's Heart. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Boiled Egg, Peppermint Certs.
