Fat: 56.94g | Prot: 97.15g | Carb: 234.38g.   Breakfast:  Frosted Shredded Wheat Cereal, Milk (Nonfat), Nonfat Milk, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad. Dinner:  Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Mini Spinach Quiche. Snacks/Other:  Clif Bar - White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Licorice Twists.
