Fat: 46.28g | Prot: 55.50g | Carb: 144.96g.   Breakfast: activia light, Boiled Egg, On The Go Metabolism Peach Mango Green Tea, Rice Chex. Lunch: amazing grass, silk almond milk, special k cracker chips. Dinner: buffalo wing, crab cake, jif peanut butter, Peach Pear Apricot Pineapple Cherry Fruit Salad (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned), shrimp, taco salad, thomas bagel thins. Snacks/Other: 100% White Corn Bite Size Tortilla Chips, crab chips, salsa, strawberries, truvia.
