Fat: 135.26g | Prot: 120.41g | Carb: 88.54g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese and Ham or Bacon, Rasberries, fresh, Strawberries. Lunch:  Caesar Salad with Romaine, Chicken Tenderloins. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Mixed Salad Greens, Rib Eye (14 oz). Snacks/Other:  Dark Belgian Chocolate Covered Almonds.
