Fat: 135.26g | Prot: 120.41g | Carb: 88.54g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese and Ham or Bacon, Blueberries, Rasberries, fresh, Strawberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Caesar Salad with Romaine, Chicken Tenderloins. Dinner:  Rib Eye (14 oz), Mixed Salad Greens, Balsamic Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Dark Belgian Chocolate Covered Almonds.
