Dinner:  Broccoli, Chicken Breast, Chicken Leg. Snacks/Other:  100% Gold Standard Whey Protein, energy drink, fireball cinnamon whiskey shot, McDonald's Crispy Chicken, McDonald's Fries, McDonald's Hi C, Schnapp's, Tonic Water, Trail Mix Fruit and Nut (Planters), Vodka.
