Fat: 34.66g | Prot: 90.89g | Carb: 144.04g.   Breakfast:  Cheerios, Coffee, Milk (Nonfat) , Water. Lunch:  Crunchy Taco, Diet Pepsi. Dinner:  baby back ribs, bbq sauce, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Corn on The Cob, margarine, zinfandel. Snacks/Other:  2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese, tomato, water.
