Fat: 38.39g | Prot: 81.89g | Carb: 63.88g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Coffee, Egg, pepper, Tabasco Sauce, salt, Tomatoes, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch:  Diet Coke, Whole Wheat Bread, Tomatoes, Delifresh Smoked Turkey Breast, pepper, salt, Light Mayonnaise, Reduced Fat Deli Style Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, water. Dinner:  Parmesan Turkey Meatloaf, italian style green beans, diet coke, water, mustard.
