Fat: 38.39g | Prot: 81.89g | Carb: 63.88g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Coffee, Egg, Milk (Nonfat), pepper, salt, Tabasco Sauce, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Delifresh Smoked Turkey Breast, Diet Coke, Light Mayonnaise, pepper, Reduced Fat Deli Style Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, salt, Tomatoes, water, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  diet coke, italian style green beans, mustard, Parmesan Turkey Meatloaf, water.
