Fat: 43.15g | Prot: 106.86g | Carb: 167.66g.   Breakfast:  100% Egg Whites, asparagus, Coffee, Egg, Milk (Nonfat), Milk (Nonfat), pepper, Tabasco Sauce. Lunch:  BBQ Pulled Pork, coleslaw. Dinner:  BBQ Bean Medley with Bacon, BBQ Pulled Pork, coleslaw, Whiskey. Snacks/Other:  Diet Coke, Turkey Rolls.
