Fat: 35.43g | Prot: 75.86g | Carb: 111.42g.   Breakfast:  All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Coffee, Egg, Milk (Nonfat) , Tabasco Sauce. Lunch:  Casual Eating Favorites French Bread Deluxe Pizza, Diet Coke (Can). Dinner:  Black Pepper, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Diet Coke, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic Lime Chicken, Salt , WATER. Snacks/Other:  fuji apple, Turkey Rolls.
