Fat: 127.01g | Prot: 65.85g | Carb: 19.60g.
Breakfast: light cream, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese and Ham or Bacon. Lunch: black olives, chicken salad. Dinner: Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), extra virgin olive oil, garden salad. Snacks/Other: salted roasted almonds.
