Fat: 113.03g | Prot: 128.95g | Carb: 22.07g.   Breakfast:  light cream, Bacon, fried egg. Lunch: green beans, Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders. Dinner: asparagus, motzarella cheese, olive oil, tiopilla fish. Snacks/Other: salted roasted almonds.
