Lunch:  starkist tuna, hellmans light mayo, romaine lettuce, fat free cottage cheese, grapes, sweet harvest wh hot dog buns. Dinner:  red bell pepper, zucchini, banana pepper rings, hormel 96% fat free canadian bacon, buttermilk blue crumbles, kraft fat free ranch salad dressing, arizona green tea. Snacks/Other:  FIT RESIST snack bar, apple, FIT REBUILD protein shake, fat free milk, THRIVE adaptogenics (MAX), bioactive beverage, FIT REDUCE fat fsher.
