Dinner:  arizona green tea, banana pepper rings, buttermilk blue crumbles, hormel 96% fat free canadian bacon, kraft fat free ranch salad dressing, red bell pepper, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  apple, bioactive beverage, fat free milk, FIT REBUILD protein shake, FIT REDUCE fat fsher, FIT RESIST snack bar, THRIVE adaptogenics (MAX).
