Fat: 87.16g | Prot: 68.30g | Carb: 110.38g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Heavy Cream, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Syrup, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  Wendy's Caesar Side Salad (No Croutons), Wendy's Chili (Small), Wendy's Sour Cream & Chives Baked Potato. Dinner:  Bacon Cheese Burger, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Yellow Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts (with Salt Added).
