Fat: 87.16g | Prot: 68.30g | Carb: 110.38g.   Breakfast:  Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Water (Bottled), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Heavy Cream, Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Syrup. Lunch:  Wendy's Chili (Small), Wendy's Sour Cream & Chives Baked Potato, Wendy's Caesar Side Salad (No Croutons). Dinner:  Bacon Cheese Burger, Mushrooms, Yellow Summer Squash, Eggplant, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts (with Salt Added).
