Lunch:  Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Bacon, Great Value 100% Pure Beef Burgers, American Cheese. Dinner:  Prime Rib, Lettuce, Blue Cheese, Decaffeinated Coffee, Half and Half or Heavy Cream, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose). Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Walden Farms walden farms cinnamon raisin peanut sp, Hormel Original Pepperoni Slices, Cream Cheese, Chocolate Peanut Butter Candies.
