Fat: 58.61g | Prot: 109.97g | Carb: 15.18g.   Breakfast:  decaffinated coffe, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, bottled water, deer park, Sugar Free Hazelnut Powder Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  celery, cream cheese, chicken wing, chicken breast lunch meat, boiled ham, pork skins. Dinner:  chicken breast, broccoli, college inn chicken broth. Snacks/Other:  Lo carb cocoa meringue.
