Fat: 40.62g | Prot: 148.96g | Carb: 211.30g.   Breakfast:  egg, WHOLEMEAL BREAD, cheese. Lunch:  egg white, egg, wholemeal bread, mushrooms. Dinner:  chicken breast, brown rice, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, peas, sweet pepper. Snacks/Other:  haribo.
