Fat: 40.62g | Prot: 148.96g | Carb: 211.30g.   Breakfast:  cheese, egg, WHOLEMEAL BREAD. Lunch:  egg, egg white, mushrooms, wholemeal bread. Dinner:  brown rice, chicken breast, cucumber, lettuce, peas, sweet pepper, tomato. Snacks/Other:  haribo.
