Fat: 80.32g | Prot: 110.61g | Carb: 28.96g.   Breakfast:  Zero Calorie White Chocolate Syrup, Pike Place K-Cup, atkins chocolate peanut butter bar, land o lakes half and half. Lunch:  chicken breast, Toni's mayonnaise, celery, onion, mrs. dash. Dinner:  ground beef, green string beans, hormel black label thick cut bacon, Gordon Ramsay's Guacamole, sargento ultra thin colby jack. Snacks/Other:  water, MiO - Sweet Tea, atkins advantage caramel nut chew bar.
