Fat: 80.32g | Prot: 110.61g | Carb: 28.96g.   Breakfast:  atkins chocolate peanut butter bar, land o lakes half and half, Pike Place K-Cup, Zero Calorie White Chocolate Syrup. Lunch:  celery, chicken breast, mrs. dash, onion, Toni's mayonnaise. Dinner:  Gordon Ramsay's Guacamole, green string beans, ground beef, hormel black label thick cut bacon, sargento ultra thin colby jack. Snacks/Other:  atkins advantage caramel nut chew bar, MiO - Sweet Tea, water.
