Lunch:  Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blended Honey, Kellogg's Lowfat Granola. Dinner:  Chili (Small), wendys baked potato, wendys side salad, light italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  popcorn cake, herrs baked chips, wheat thins, 14 calorie bar, Lindor Assorted Milk, Dark and White Truffles with a Smooth Filling.
