Fat: 25.77g | Prot: 36.71g | Carb: 99.57g.   Breakfast: Chewy Lowfat Granola Bars - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Coffee, Hazelnut Coffee Creamer. Lunch: coffee, quaker lowfat peanut butter granola, sugar free hazelnut creamer. Dinner: egg whites, Medium Salsa, Seasoned Steak Strips, simply potatoes. Snacks/Other: coffee, simms, sugar free hazelnut.
