Dinner:  Canola Vegetable Oil, Mushroom Ravioli with Mushroom Truffle Sauce, Onions, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Albacore Solid White Tuna in Water (Deep Cove), body fortress, Original Beer, Tofu Medium Firm (Regular).
