Fat: 96.99g | Prot: 158.88g | Carb: 226.16g.   Breakfast:  mjölk, skinka, fullkornsbröd. Lunch:  Torkad Spaghetti, krossade tomater, LÖK, skinka, olja. Dinner:  Rött Bordsvin, Öl, Vitt Bröd, Bläckfisk, Blandad Sallad, Vitt Ris, Vegetabilisk Olja, Sockerkaksbakelse med Vispad Grädde och Frukt, Kycklingvinge. Snacks/Other:  ham.
