Fat: 50.42g | Prot: 77.58g | Carb: 228.43g.   Breakfast:  Milk 1.5%, weetabix, yoghurt. Lunch:  canned tomato, Dry Spaghetti, ground beef, ketchup, olive oil, onion. Dinner:  Basmati Rice, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), cream. Snacks/Other:  banana.
