Fat: 135.90g | Prot: 165.53g | Carb: 179.73g.   Breakfast:  coffee, green tea, low carb wraps. Lunch:  beanos wasabi, boars head chicken breast, boars head turkey, hot pepper cheese, lettus, mayo, provolone, tomatoes. Dinner:  baked salmon, cheese, edamame, ginger dressing, instant mashed potatoes, lettus, tagalongs. Snacks/Other:  jimmy johns chips.
