Lunch:  Turnips. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Mexican Style Chicken or Turkey and Corn Hominy Soup (Pozole), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  100% Premium Whey Protein Plus, Fish Oil, Milk (Nonfat), Whey Tech Vanilla.
