Fat: 77.40g | Prot: 111.11g | Carb: 75.07g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, BCAA 5000, Whey Tech Vanilla, Cinnamon, Spinach, Coffee, Animal Pak, Fish Oil Omega 3, Turkey Bacon, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Egg, No Stick Canola Oil Cooking Spray. Lunch:  Mixed Nuts. Dinner:  Ground Turkey, Feta Cheese, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Olive Oil, Eggplant, Garlic, Onions, Red Tomatoes (Canned), Tomato Paste. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter, Whey Tech Vanilla, Spinach.
