Fat: 77.40g | Prot: 111.11g | Carb: 75.07g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Animal Pak, BCAA 5000, Cinnamon, Coffee, Egg, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Fish Oil Omega 3, No Stick Canola Oil Cooking Spray, Spinach, Turkey Bacon, Whey Tech Vanilla. Lunch:  Mixed Nuts. Dinner:  Eggplant, Feta Cheese, Garlic, Ground Turkey, Olive Oil, Onions, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Red Tomatoes (Canned), Tomato Paste. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter, Spinach, Whey Tech Vanilla.
