Fat: 35.73g | Prot: 38.44g | Carb: 148.89g.   Breakfast:  belvita breakfast biscuits, cvs calcium chew, cvs hair skin nails vitamin, nature's bounty D-400 IU, One A Day Vitacraves gummies, ozarka water, prenatal vitamin. Lunch:  beef taco, lean cuisine chicken & vegetables, lipton tea. Dinner:  lettuce, lipton tea , mexican cheese shredded great value, mission corn tortillas, salsa, tomatoe. Snacks/Other:  great value milk 2%.
