Fat: 29.08g | Prot: 37.62g | Carb: 208.90g.   Breakfast:  baby carrots, cvs calcium chew, cvs hair skin nails vitamin, ideal bread, nature's bounty D-400 IU, One A Day Vitacraves gummies, prenatal vitamin, quaker oats brown sugar, sweet tea lipton. Lunch:  baby carrots, broccoli, dreamfield linguine, zucchini. Dinner:  campbells chunky soup beef, ideal bread, lipton tea , minute ready to serve rice, natural peter pan peanut butter. Snacks/Other:  Special K Protein Shake Strawberry.
