Fat: 22.18g | Prot: 47.86g | Carb: 105.02g.   Breakfast:  One A Day Vitacraves gummies, cvs calcium chew, nature's bounty D-400 IU, prenatal vitamin, cvs hair skin nails vitamin. Lunch:  mesquite smoked turkey, baked chicken, uncle ben's ready rice, del monte french green beans, lipton sweet tea, water. Dinner:  ideal bread, pico salsa, mesquite smoked turkey, mayo, iceberg lettuce, onion, chips.
