Fat: 22.18g | Prot: 47.86g | Carb: 105.02g.   Breakfast:  cvs calcium chew, cvs hair skin nails vitamin, nature's bounty D-400 IU, One A Day Vitacraves gummies, prenatal vitamin. Lunch:  baked chicken, del monte french green beans, lipton sweet tea, mesquite smoked turkey, uncle ben's ready rice, water. Dinner:  chips, iceberg lettuce, ideal bread, mayo, mesquite smoked turkey, onion, pico salsa.
