Fat: 37.32g | Prot: 59.97g | Carb: 145.81g.   Breakfast:  baby carrots, gala apple, grapes, ground flax see, romaine lettuce. Lunch:  baby bellas, butter, cabbage, green pepper cooked, sauteed Chicken Breast-no skin, sauteed onion, shredded carrots. Dinner:  lentil soup. Snacks/Other:  coconut milk, ovaltine.
