Fat: 79.71g | Prot: 186.54g | Carb: 228.11g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Egg, elite casein, Elite Whey Protein Isolate - Chocolate Fudge, Frosted Mini-Wheats, skippy natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  broccoli, elite casein, elite whey fudge, olive oil, quinoa, sugar, trident seafoods salmon burger. Dinner:  almonds, brown rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), green salad, onion, raspberry salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  almonds, kashi crisp, milk 1%.
