Fat: 44.44g | Prot: 63.85g | Carb: 231.34g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Apple Juice, Swiss Style Muesli. Lunch:  Almonds, Braeburn Apple, Butter, cheddar, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned) , Chutney, Digestives Medley, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Beef Goulash, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Sauvignon Blanc Wine.
