Fat: 69.90g | Prot: 79.76g | Carb: 160.56g.   Breakfast:  quaker weight control oatmeal, banana. Lunch:  cheese broccoli soup, sargento ulra thin, hot dog, homemade bread, bbq sauce. Dinner:  country fresh cottage cheese, turkey burger, sargento cheese slices, liquid egg whites, croissant, light miracle whip, mustard. Snacks/Other:  ghiradelli chocolate.
