Fat: 153.09g | Prot: 91.46g | Carb: 37.09g.   Breakfast:  bacon, coconut oil, Coffee, Creme Fraiche, Double Cream, Egg, Light Soy Sauce, Milled Flaxseed, Mushrooms, Spring Greens. Lunch:  Chicken Thigh. Dinner:  chicken wing, Crispy Salad, lettuce, Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, cocoa, Double Cream, peanuts.
