Lunch: avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, chicken drumstick, cucumber, extra virgin olive oil, hellmans, lettuce, rocket. Dinner: creme fraiche, Dried Chia Seeds , egg, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Snacks/Other: Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Thigh.
