Fat: 60.63g | Prot: 107.99g | Carb: 248.45g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Silk Light Original, Advocare Meal Replacement Shake, PB2, Omegaplex, Coffeemate French Vanilla Creamer, Kiwi. Lunch:  Celery, Starkist Chunk light tuna, Best Foods Light Mayo, Ancient Grains crackers, Fuji apple, Bell pepper, Campbells Roasted Chicken with WHite and Wild Rice. Dinner:  Tilapia, Spray butter, Green beans Steamfresh, Brown rice, Brown sugar, Olive oil. Snacks/Other:  Advocare spark, Cuties, Gala apple, Hot Wasabi Peas, almonds, Sobe lifewater mango mandarin.
