Fat: 60.63g | Prot: 107.99g | Carb: 248.45g.   Breakfast:  Advocare Meal Replacement Shake, Coffee, Coffeemate French Vanilla Creamer, Kiwi, Omegaplex, PB2, Silk Light Original. Lunch:  Ancient Grains crackers, Bell pepper, Best Foods Light Mayo, Campbells Roasted Chicken with WHite and Wild Rice, Celery, Fuji apple, Starkist Chunk light tuna. Dinner:  Brown rice, Brown sugar, Green beans Steamfresh, Olive oil, Spray butter, Tilapia. Snacks/Other:  Advocare spark, almonds, Cuties, Gala apple, Hot Wasabi Peas, Sobe lifewater mango mandarin.
