Fat: 13.22g | Prot: 47.27g | Carb: 175.58g.   Breakfast:  Quick 1 Minute Oats, Coffee, benefiber, Dried Cranberries. Lunch:  Turkey Burger Patties, brocolli, Instant Brown rice. Snacks/Other:  Sugar Free Jello Pudding (Jell-O), Watermelon, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, caramel rice snacks.
