Fat: 45.88g | Prot: 89.10g | Carb: 124.98g.   Breakfast:  Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Sandwich Thins Multi-Grain. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Beef Chuck (Clod Steak, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla. Dinner:  Spinach, Egg, Bacon, Hash Brown (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Rich Dark Chocolate, Raw Almonds.
