Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Beef Chuck (Clod Steak, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla. Dinner: Bacon, Egg, Hash Brown (from Fresh), Spinach. Snacks/Other: Raw Almonds, Rich Dark Chocolate.
