Breakfast: Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Sandwich Thins Multi-Grain, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Beef Chuck (Clod Steak, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla. Dinner: Bacon, Egg, Hash Brown (from Fresh), Spinach. Snacks/Other: Raw Almonds, Rich Dark Chocolate.
